Wirelessly Connected, Cable-free Mobile Column Lift
The Luxus HML85 is a battery-powered, cable-free mobile column lift, with each column boasting a 8,500kg lifting capacity. Capable of being configured in 2 to 16 column systems, this versatile lifting solution makes the challenge of lifting a wide range of vehicles simple for workshops across the length and breadth of the UK. An advanced auto-speed system, effective during lifting and lowering ensures optimal synchronization of all columns during these phases.

The HML85 comes into its own when lifting large commercial vehicles; heavy goods or haulage vehicles, buses and coaches; it’s also suitable for waste and recycling vehicles, skip loaders and more. Adjustable forks give the system the flexibility to lift vehicles with smaller wheels, LCVs, for example.

With no interconnecting cables, each HML85 column is designed to be easily manoeuvred around a workshop using a built-in hydraulic pallet truck style wheel unit. They can be charged from a 230V wall socket, and synchronised lifting can be controlled from any column, each being capable of operating as a master, or slave unit.

Safety: the Prime Consideration
The design of every Luxus lift is focused on build quality and safety, ignoring unnecessary ‘marketing’ innovations which are often used to mask a reduction in manufacturing costs. Thickness of steel, quality of welds, and sourcing of premium quality key components from only the most reliable sources are the basic criteria for the Luxus HML85.

Each column features hydraulic check valves, which prevent sudden lowering in the event of leakage or damage to the hydraulic system. Automatic locking hooks with electromagnetic release are located every 3cm in the column.

• A pressure relief valve prevents damage to the hydraulic cylinder, pump and structure if the load is higher than the 8,500kg lift capacity
• There is a main switch and emergency stop button on each column
• The system will stop if a height difference of 50mm is detected between columns
• An optical and acoustic signal operates during descent
• Ability to lower a vehicle in the event of a power failure via a hand pump
